Our mechanical repair shop contains a variety of machinery and tools such as lathes, presses, bearing heaters, welders, and puller to facilitate the repair of your equipment.  

Our winding department employees bring over 50 years of experience in winding of electric motors.  We utilize only high quality magnet wire and high temperature insulation materials in our rewinds.  A double dip and bake with quality Dolph's varnish is our standard.

Do you have a special motor that you can't wait for an OEM replacement?  Let us see what you have and we may be able to get you running faster and cheaper than the OEM.  With our machine shop capabilities, we can many times custom re-design motors to OEM specifications.

How about an oddball or obsolete coil?  Our winding department can fabricate new coil forms and bobbins and make a new coil for you.

We have invested in state of the art equipment to assure your repair job is going to last.  We utilize a Dynamics Research Computerized Dynamic Balancer with a 2000 lb. capacity.  An Ace temperature controlled burnout oven assures the integrity of your stator core and frame, as well as protecting the environment.  Our Steelman baking oven assures a quality insulation finish.  The latest addition to our testing equipment is a Baker 6kv surge tester and winding analyzer to assure that your motor's insulation system is up to the job of handling high voltage spikes which are many times caused by AC inverters.

We also rebuild pumps, gear reducers, and variable speed drivers of practically every make.
